1. Overview

ScormUp is a desktop application that runs entirely on your device. We are committed to keeping your data private.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

ScormUp does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your PDFs, images, or course content
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Personal information from within the application
• Browsing or behavioural data

All file processing happens locally on your machine. Nothing leaves your device.

3. Data We Do Collect

When you purchase a Pro licence, the payment is processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). The payment provider may collect:

• Name and email address
• Payment card details (handled entirely by the payment provider)
• Billing address

We receive your email address and payment confirmation so we can deliver your licence key. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Licence Key Validation

Licence keys are validated locally using an offline algorithm. No network requests are made to verify your licence.

5. Website

The ScormUp website (scormup.com) is a static site. It does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics services.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to any third parties, except as necessary to process payments as described above.
