Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ScormUp ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Licence

ScormUp is offered in two tiers:

Free tier - available at no cost with feature limitations (10-slide cap, no export, watermarked viewer).
Pro tier - unlocked by purchasing a one-time licence key. The Pro licence is perpetual and non-expiring for the version purchased.

Each licence key is for use by a single individual. The 4 Pack licence permits use by up to four individuals.

3. Ownership and Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create with ScormUp. The Software processes files locally on your device. No content is uploaded to any server.

4. Service Continuity

ScormUp is provided by an independent developer. You acknowledge that:

ScormUp may cease operations, updates, or support at any time without notice.
In the event that ScormUp ceases to exist, any previously installed copy of the Software will continue to function as-is. However, no further updates, bug fixes, or new features will be provided.
Licence keys that have already been activated will remain valid and the Software will continue to operate in its current state.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScormUp and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Software.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact sales@scormup.com if you have any issues.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
